Pre-Orders are items that have been ordered from Paparazzi, but not yet received from the warehouse.

We suggest that Pre-order items be ordered separately from In-stock items, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order items are available.

We usually receive the product within one week of our order date. However, at times of high demand or extenuating circumstances, orders can take as long as four weeks to arrive. Once we receive the items, we normally ship the same day or next business day.  Our order date will be shown in the product description.  If we are expecting longer than usual shipping times, we will also show an availability date in the product description. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.  

When you get to checkout, you'll be offered Express checkout options for Google Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay. If you do not want to use any of those, please enter your shipping address and continue to the next page where you'll be able to pay by debit or credit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has shipped.

We ship daily except when we are traveling, so most orders will ship same day or next day. If there is a change to our shipping schedule, it will be noted on the home page of our website and/or in the gold or red announcement bar that appears on most pages of our website.

Your order will ship when all items are available.  If your order includes one or more pre-order items, your order will be held until those items arrive. For more information, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.

At the moment, we can only ship to the United States, its territories and possessions including Puerto Rico and Guam.  We can also ship to any US military base as long as the address includes an APO or FPO address. 

Orders over $49.99 ship FREE.  For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $4.50 for all packages regardless of size or weight.  

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking information.  Please make sure you enter a valid email address so that we can communicate with you.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you don't find it there, please email us at carolyn@carajewels.com and we will resend the tracking information. 

All Sales are final.  If you receive a piece that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 DAYS and send a picture of the defect.  We will replace the piece if a replacement is available.  If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a store credit.

Quick answer...

The metals found in Paparazzi Accessories pieces are primarily made of iron and include other trace minerals. Those trace minerals are made up of a metallic alloy of either zinc, steel, or aluminum.

Paparazzi Accessories are not hypo-allergenic.

Some of the Paparazzi products are made of actual leather, while others are made from synthetic leather or suede, which is a mix of plastics and fabric.

Some of the bracelets and rings may have latex in the elastic/stretch band. Paparazzi recommends that those persons with sensitivity to latex buy the suede or leather bracelets instead.

Paparazzi Accessories are not hypo-allergenic.

Paparazzi Accessories may contain latex.

When jewelry causes a black or greenish tinge to your skin, it's either because of a chemical reaction between acids in your skin and the metal of the jewelry, or because of a reaction between another substance on your body, such as a lotion, and the metal of the jewelry.   Whether or not you will have this reaction depends on your body's PH level. The color is not harmful in itself.

Clean items with a soft cloth, Do NOT use Jewelry cleaner.

If accidentally wet or submerged in water, remove jewelry and blot dry immediately.
